A four-week, four-session program designed to develop confidence and technique in fundamental movement patterns. Each 45-minute session focuses on a key movement pattern.

Session Structure:

  • Structured warm-up with mobility drills
  • In-depth breakdown of the focal movement
  • Hands-on practice with coaching

Program Details:

  • Runs Saturdays at 10:00 AM
  • Maximum of 5 participants per session
  • Cost: $300
