A four-week, four-session program designed to develop confidence and technique in fundamental movement patterns. Each 45-minute session focuses on a key movement pattern.
Session Structure:
- Structured warm-up with mobility drills
- In-depth breakdown of the focal movement
- Hands-on practice with coaching

- Runs Saturdays at 10:00 AM
- Maximum of 5 participants per session
- Cost: $300
