Small Group Strength Training is perfect for individuals ranging from beginners to more advanced levels who enjoy a supportive environment and are looking for focused attention on their technique. Small groups can range from 2-5 people maximum, ensuring you still receive individual attention while benefiting from the motivation of a group setting.

Packages are sold in sets of 8 sessions for $250, providing a balanced mix of individual coaching and the camaraderie of a small group.

Please note if you’re currently recovering from an injury or working through rehabilitation, 1-on-1 training might be a better option to ensure that you’re getting the personalized care and attention needed during your recovery process.
