Mat Pilates

Pilates is focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It emphasizes core strength, stability, and controlled movements. Additionally, pilates can be adapted for people of all fitness levels, making it a popular choice for rehabilitation as well as general fitness. 

 

Massage Therapy

If your hips are sagging or rotating, you feel shoulder discomfort, neck tension, or the effort is mainly in your arms and legs instead of your core, something’s off. Most of the time, this is due to one (or more) of the alignment and engagement cues not being followed correctly.
